Admissions Process
SOIL follows a rolling admission process consisting
of 3 rounds. As students apply and are found to be eligible, they
are grouped together and administered the leadership assessment
tool, Caliper, at different test centres all over India. This is
followed by an Assessment Centre process held at different
centres in which our consortium members participate to identify
the strengths and potential of each applicant. The Admissions
Committee would then make admission offers to those found
suitable. The Caliper Tests would start getting administered in
mid April and the first round of admissions would close by 8th
May for all applications received by 25th April. The second round
of admissions would close by 25th May for all applications
received after 25th April. And the third round of admissions
would close by 25th June for all applications received after 25th
May.
Once we receive your application, we shall email you details for
your Caliper Test. Please carry a print out of this email for the

email for the Assessment Centre Process.
